Getting away is half the battle, not always the biggest half.
I have not yet mastered the art of slowing the heart in the midst of conflict, either internal or external, of withdrawing to a place of inward peace & strength.
For this, a quiet moment in gentle nature is ideal.
A walk in the woods, filtered sunlight through living green, the constant timeless murmur of a stream.
